Martyn Evans
Martyn comes from a creative background but not as with many web developers from a design discipline. With a masters degree in fine art and photographic studies, he started out as Picture Controller for The Dictionary of Art, before discovering an aptitude for database and software development.
As web applications became increasingly business critical, Martyn recognised the need for real business know-how and robust project management, joining forces with his brother David to form Sumac UK in 2004. As Technical Director he makes sure that Sumac understands the client's actual business requirements and that the final product really meets them.
